* Please note that as the Creamy range is made with real milk fat and protein, just like flavoured milk there will be separation over shelf life. Simply shake the cup before serving to disperse the solids again.

We offer a full refund of the product price for unopened products due to incorrect size, suitability or change of mind for products purchased within the previous 3 months. Customers must be able to provide proof of purchase and product packaging must be in good condition. Return shipping and costs are the purchasers responsibility. 

No returns accepted on Equipment (Stethoscopes, BP monitors etc.) , Nutritional products and any other products which are not supplied in sealed packaging as they cannot be restocked due to personal hygiene considerations or where customer storage conditions cannot be ascertained.
