Peristeen Plus rectal balloon catheters are specifically designed for use with the Peristeen Plus system.

These catheters create an effective seal in the rectum, ensuring water is retained in the bowel during irrigation. The twist-and-lock connection of the Peristeen Plus balloon catheter guarantees a secure and correct attachment.

Each coated rectal balloon catheter is intended for single use only, so it is important to use a new catheter for every irrigation session. When inflated, the catheter remains securely in place inside the rectum, eliminating the need to hold it manually.

The catheter is designed for easy insertion, thanks to its smooth, flexible coating and large finger grip. A turquoise insertion dot indicates the correct insertion length, enhancing user confidence and accuracy.

After use, the balloon catheter can be disposed of in its original packaging with household waste.
