A small change for a smoother, more efficient shopping experience

We’ve made a small update to how we offer our incontinence products online to better serve you. From now on, the incontinence care products such as pads and pulls ups, will be available exclusively in carton quantities.

This change helps us keep your experience smooth and consistent while also allowing us to manage shipping and service more efficiently; so you continue to get the affordability, quality and reliability you have come to expect from us. 

Whether you're a regular user or purchasing for someone in your care, having full cartons on hand means fewer re-orders and better stock on your shelf. For most of you, as you purchase in carton quantities currently, there is no change. For those who currently purchase in pack quantities, it would mean planning a bit further out to order your products.
